The Scented Life: All about fragrance

Home/Office Fragrance

by Amy on February 5th, 2008

Now that I’ve upgraded my space at work to a private office, rather than a cube, I feel like it’s time to get a bit of scent in there.  If I worked in a heavily trafficked spot, I’d definitely forgo any potpourri,  reed diffusers or otherwise.  But since it’s only me and one other person within smelling distance, I’ve been given the go-ahead.

I went to AC Moore to buy a gift card for a birthday present and stocked up on a few of the newer wax melts scents from Old Virginia Candle Co.  I got:

Pineapple Orange

Campfire

Orange Vanilla

Lemon Meringue

They all smell delicious from the package, and I’ve had good luck with their products before.  They look tiny and you can easily break the clamshells in half.  I recommend you do this.  I have had to repeatedly turn off the ones in my office because they heat up very fast and scent a space so efficiently.  I’ll be posting my reviews as I burn the individual scents.  Do you use any kind of scent in your office or home office?
