Lush-ternatives 2 - Bubble Bars
A close cousin of the Bath Bomb, Bubble Bars are a bath bomb that fizzes while making big, soapy bubbles. They come in scents like Ma Bar, Amandopondo, and Blue Skies. They’re anywhere from $6 to $10 depending on the scent and size. The ingredients are nothing special:
Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream of Tartar (Tartaric acid), Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Lauryl Betaine, Perfume, Pink Rosebud (Rosa centifolia), Cocamide DEA, Lemon Oil (Citrus limonum), Orange Oil (Citrus dulcis), Rose Absolute (Rosa centifolia)
Two great alternatives to this product are the Bubble Dome or Milk Bubbles from Skindecent. At $4.99 CAN or $4.54 USD for the Bubble Domes, and $8.18/lb for the Milk Bubbles powder, they’re a better priced product with preferable ingredients:
Nonfat Dry Milk, Buttermilk Powder, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch & Fragrance
If you like super bubbles, go for the Bubble Dome, which contain cocoa butter, baking soda & glycerin plus gentle foamers.

They are delish - I just used a milk bomb today in my bath - I felt like Cleopatra, and my skin is still scented 6 hours later.
