I ran across this the other day, its super cute bottle belies the seriously sexy floral fragrance inside. It is very characteristic of Cynthia Rowley’s fun yet feminine style. The notes are “a playful bouquet of colorful florals surrounded by warm woods and musk.” It’s really nice for the cooler weather, especially if you like scents with some “oomph”. And it’s only $19.99 for 1.7 oz at Avon.com!

I just got my bottle of Flower by Cynthia Rowley for Avon yesterday. It’s a VA-VOOM fragrance. While the name might bring to mind a softly scented meadow…for get all that…this fragrance is popping. It has lovely floras with a HEAVY undernote of ambergris. I love it. It’s a fragrance for the woman who KNOWS who she is.
