The Scented Life: All about fragrance

Perfume of the Day: L’Artisan The Pour un Ete

L’Artisan’s The Pour un Ete (Summer Tea) is one of those scents with near-cult popularity.  Originally slated to be a limited edition, it was made part of the permanent line.  The notes include green tea, jasmine,  mint, and lemon.  I like the combination of these notes very much - it’s very naturalistic and not contrived at all.  It simply smells like what it is.  A tea scent for summer.  That said, The Pour un Ete is very light and has little lasting power on my skin.  It’s still lovely for a spritz after a shower or for a lunch date on the very hottest days of summer.  It can be found in many places, including Amazon.com and Luckyscent.  If one of your favorite friends or relatives wears Elizabeth Arden Green Tea, they’re sure to love this.
