The online perfume discounter once known as PerfumeBay has changed its name to “Beauty Encounter” due to a lawsuit from eBay. I’m not really sure why eBay sued for trademark infringement - I sure never confused the names because they were similar…but money’s money, eh? Apparently the lawsuit has been going on for 4 years! Anyway, if it’s a favorite site of yours be sure to update your link.

interesting… i don’t really connect ebay to perfumebay when i hear the two names though.
