I tried elf cosmetics when they first launched and for the most part, I was impressed at the quality relative to the rock bottom price. Sure - you can find silkier eyeshadows or more luxe blushes. But not for $1! With the economy looking iffy and people thinking about cutting back, luxury products might be the first to go. But a girl’s still gotta suds up in the shower, right? At first I thought these would be $1 too - but they’re a still very reasonable $4 for 14.2 oz. There are also matching lotions, butters, hand soap, and so forth, and there are five scents to choose from - cucumber melon, peony petal, vanilla coconut, lavender blossom, and pineapple mango.
