Spring Cleaning: Good Home Co.

by Amy on April 19th, 2007

ghc.jpgGood Home Co. is a little bit more luxe where Method is mod - if you really want to spoil yourself, they’re worth the splurge. One of the most thankless chores is ironing, and GHC makes a divine ironing spray that ALMOST makes ironing not suck. Almost… :) They’ve been around a lot longer than Method, too - since 1995. If you love Shabby Chic or Martha Stewart, you’ll love the french-lemonade style bottles. I love recyclable and re-usable packaging! And GHC’s honesty is refreshing:

Lately “organic” products have become popular in the market place, however none of our products would be deemed organic. Why? Because while some of the ingredients we use may be deemed organic, unless 100% of our ingredients (such as soaps) are “grown” within strict organic codes, then our product cannot be called “organic.” We use “grown” food items, but we also use other ingredients as well, such as water and soaps, that simply cannot be “grown.” We hold ourselves to high ethics and will not deceive our customers with claims that do not pertain to our products, no matter how trendy they currently are.

For real.
