Tart of the Day: Fresh Floral Linen
Candles from the Keeping Room’s tarts are always a fun, inexpensive way to try many different scents. Lately, it’s been rather hectic around here, as we just bought our first house. This afternoon marks the beginning of packing and cleaning out the apartment. A good, clean dose of calm would do this place some good, what with the boxes everywhere and all the things that purchasing a home entails (inspections! escrow! paperwork!). Fresh Floral Linen is everything we need right now - the clean scent inspires us to sweep up all the (numerous) dust bunnies, sort through old stacks of magazines, and maintain a zen-like state of non-panic. Once we get settled in, the home fragrance posts will almost certainly become more frequent as I will have about three times the square footage to scent! One particular sampler I’m eyeing is “Country Convenience Store”, which contains the following hilarious (yet yummy sounding) scents:
Hazelnut Latte
Cappuccino Brulee
Bazooka Gum
Rasperry Zinger
Jolly Rancher
Blue Raspberry Icee
Pink Lemonade

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

The only thing missing is beer and chewing tobacco, but on second thought, maybe it’s just as well :P
