Tart of the Day: Yankee Candle Stormwatch
I got this from a lovely friend in a care package. I thought it would be great for today’s stormy weather. I barely got any scent out of it at all, a kind of fresh, herbal and clean air scent. After 4 hours even the light scent had completely gone. I have to wag my finger at Yankee Candle. Maybe once upon a time Yankee Candles were great across the board, but this tart was very disappointing. Doing a bit more research, I found that this scent has been discontinued, and maybe it’s just as well.

HI I think that Yankee candle on the whole no one else can hold a candle to them ,Yankee if you use this I want to be compensated.I do feel that over the years they have made a lot of marketing mistakes by discontinuing scents.I also think that they are horribly inconsistent on the amount of scent their candles throw,they need more quality control .I was told a long time ago be consistent good ,bad or mediocre but be consistent ,Yankee I hope youre listening the persons blog before mine is true,the word is out so get with it.

Gary, thanks for your opinion. Lots of companies struggle with quality control issues and discontinue popular products. Be sure to write them directly and let them know your feelings.
